Refund policy
Refunds are not guaranteed and it will be on case to case basis. It will be at the discretion of Paytons Closet. If we do choose to refund you it will be up to the customer to pay for the shipping to return the item. Item/items in to be returned in the same condition that they were sent out in. Tags still need to attached to the items and will be inspected once received back. WE DO NOT PROCESS ANY REFUND UNTIL THE ITEM/ITEMS HAS BEEN RETURNED AND INSPECTED.
Refunds WILL NOT BE GRANTED FOR:
+ Customer not reading the the listing correctly
+ Customer ordering the wrong size/color
+ Customer not reading the policy or shipping policy
If the item you are returning and we have another in stock that you want we will be happy to exchange for you but you will have to pay the shipping and it will be up to the discretion of Payton's Closet.
We will refund our customer if we made a mistake on our end trust us. We will never make a customer eat our mistake ever.
By you completing you transaction at Payton's Closet you are agreeing to fully have read and understanding our policy. You are also agreeing that you understand that the items we sell may be a retail or gently used items and that some items will be coming from a manufacturer.
